About AMPCSports Psychology Workshops

Workshops are lecture and interactive based focusing on skills, strategies, and activities established in sport psychology and performance theory. Workshops are intended to take 3 hrs each over the duration of 1-3 days.

Workshop #4: Developing Athlete Leadership

  • Explore captainship and team member roles
